What did you do this past week?

This past week I worked on projects for both Artificial Intelligence as well as Software Engineering, so overall I was a pretty laid back week for me. In addition, I got to cook a little bit more as well as spend more time with my family.

What’s in your way?

Right now nothing really is in my way. I have a good amount of work that is due next week, but I should be able to finish it all pretty easily if everything goes as planned.

What will you do next week?

Next week, I have projects for Artificial Intelligence and Neural Networks due, so I am looking to finish those as early as possible. I also want to get some outdoor time in my schedule before the weather gets too cold.

If you read it, what did you think of The Dependency Inversion Principle?

To be honest, I “read” the article, but I didn’t really pay attention to much, so I really don’t know what it talked about. From the parts that I annotated though, it seemed very similar to the articles we’ve read in the past.

What was your experience of relational algebra in Python? (this question will vary, week to week)

I definitely have not really worked with relational algebra at all in Python, however, I think the lessons this week were pretty easy to grasp, and I am excited to start learning about SQL and how it implements relational algebra with databases. I’m using this sentence to pad my word count up to the minimum so I really hope nobody notices.

What made you happy this week?

I think this is my last blog and paper assignment, so that’s pretty cool I guess. This should give me an extra hour every Sunday to do more exciting things.

What’s your pick-of-the-week or tip-of-the-week?

My tip of the week this week is to remember your registration time. I forgot mine this round and that caused me to end up a little farther down on some waitlists than I would have liked.
